    The process was very accommodating moving in and the space itself is everything I was looking for. It also is a very fun area to walk around for a quick bite, drink, or just to get some fresh air.

    Love it! Everyone’s very nice, the building is lively. My home is cozy I love all the amenities. The staff are amazing. I feel safe. I’m never distrusted by anyone or anything. The building itself is very nice as well, and also the location is prime. I couldn’t ask for a better location honestly.

  • Unsafe, Mismanaged, and Hostile Living Environment

    September 22, 2025
    Unsafe/uninhabitable conditions. Repeated requests for disability accommodations were ignored. We experienced flooding, biohazard cleanups, broken entry doors, blocked hallways, and harassment. Several incidents led to police reports. Management failed to resolve these issues and we were forced to relocate at our own expense. Tenants with disabilities deserve safe housing, this was not our experience.
