August 17, 2025Modera Douglas Station is a beautiful apartment building in a great location in Coral Gables, right next to the Metrorail. The apartments are modern and spacious with nice finishes, and the amenities are amazing—there’s a pool, gym, and lounges. June 1, 2025Overall positive with a few things to improve. Great amenities; first couple of weeks incoming delivery packages were all over the place but better now; loud party neighbors but hasn’t happened again after staff warning. Still pending my bathroom mirror replaced, staff could follow up better. Hallway walls (especially by my apartment) could use a paint tough-up.Property Manager Responded
