Mostly good. Just a few things that make it difficult for when you need pet care. And packages are still sometimes tough to find the way the system is and the garage and package room do flood.

We’ve really enjoyed living at Madeira Edgewater. The building is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, and whenever we’ve had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of quickly. We also love the location—everything we need is nearby. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

After recently moving in, our experience has been wonderful. The staff is responsive and caring. The community is welcoming and everyone is very kind. The community app is also a plus, we didn’t expect it to be so useful The building itself is clean and our unit is spacious with an inviting layout. I’ve lived at Modera Edgewater for three years, and I still have nothing but great things to say. The staff is amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The front desk team consistently provides excellent service, and maintenance is quick, efficient, and reliable. I’ve never had an issue go unresolved, and everything is handled in a timely and respectful manner. also great, friendly neighbors and a positive overall atmosphere. The only minor downside is that parking enforcement has become stricter. While I understand why, I recommend making sure your parking pass is clearly visible, as I did receive a ticket despite paying monthly. Like many places, prices have also increased over time. Overall, it’s a beautiful building and a place I truly enjoy calling home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. 5 stars!
