May 12, 2025Have only had one issue since moving and I will say management was good at communication. The halls and elevators and club house are kept clean. Rooftop furniture could use some updating. Inside of units are updated with nice finishes. The walls are thin though - I can hear unit upstairs flush their toilet. I wish the package room was more organized- it’s hard to find packages sometimes since everything gets thrown into one room.Property Manager Responded

It’s not “loud” like the heart of Brickell is and close enough to still enjoy the city all she has to offer. April 10, 2025Amazing location and great amenities. The pool is really nice, but sometimes there aren’t chairs for everyone. Sometimes people don’t clean up after their dogs and the package room is a mess. No other complaints.Property Manager Responded
