Only real complaint is that an elevator is almost constantly down, leading to some long waits. Management should be better at specifically turning them back on after someone finishes moving in.

Have only had one issue since moving and I will say management was good at communication. The halls and elevators and club house are kept clean. Rooftop furniture could use some updating. Inside of units are updated with nice finishes. The walls are thin though - I can hear unit upstairs flush their toilet. I wish the package room was more organized- it’s hard to find packages sometimes since everything gets thrown into one room.

After moving in 3 months ago this has been such a seamless and smooth process. The location is great and exactly what I was looking for. It’s not “loud” like the heart of Brickell is and close enough to still enjoy the city all she has to offer. Highly recommend for working professionals that don’t want to be in the thick of the Miami party scene.

Amazing location and great amenities. The pool is really nice, but sometimes there aren’t chairs for everyone. Sometimes people don’t clean up after their dogs and the package room is a mess. No other complaints.
