I just moved in this week and everything is going amazing so far. I feel so welcomed and Thomas has truly been so help and amazing through the whole process. I have not ever been treated this good during a move in process!

I’ve lived at Modera Edgewater for three years, and I still have nothing but great things to say. The staff is amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The front desk team consistently provides excellent service, and maintenance is quick, efficient, and reliable. I’ve never had an issue go unresolved, and everything is handled in a timely and respectful manner. The amenities are excellent, the building is always clean and well-maintained, and the location is fantastic. The community is ...
also great, friendly neighbors and a positive overall atmosphere. The only minor downside is that parking enforcement has become stricter. While I understand why, I recommend making sure your parking pass is clearly visible, as I did receive a ticket despite paying monthly. Like many places, prices have also increased over time. Overall, it’s a beautiful building and a place I truly enjoy calling home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. 5 stars!

Modera is a clean quiet and friendly community. It is easy to make friends here especially if you’re a dog parent or go to their amenity events. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and the leasing office is always helpful to answer any of your questions.

I recently moved into this building, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The building itself is modern, clean, and clearly well-maintained, which makes a big difference when settling into a new home. I absolutely love living at Modera! The community is quiet and peaceful, which makes it such a relaxing place to come home to.
