Super friendly staff, clean and well kept common areas, and very quite units! Movie nights and more on the roof-top patio makes for great community spirit. (And the popcorn butter was the perfect addition!)

Modera is a clean quiet and friendly community. It is easy to make friends here especially if you’re a dog parent or go to their amenity events. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and the leasing office is always helpful to answer any of your questions.
