After recently moving in, our experience has been wonderful. The staff is responsive and caring. The community is welcoming and everyone is very kind. The community app is also a plus, we didn’t expect it to be so useful The building itself is clean and our unit is spacious with an inviting layout. So far, we see ourselves staying at Modera Edgewater for a long time.

I’ve lived at Modera Edgewater for three years, and I still have nothing but great things to say. The staff is amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The front desk team consistently provides excellent service, and maintenance is quick, efficient, and reliable. I’ve never had an issue go unresolved, and everything is handled in a timely and respectful manner. The amenities are excellent, the building is always clean and well-maintained, and the location is fantastic. The community is ...
also great, friendly neighbors and a positive overall atmosphere. The only minor downside is that parking enforcement has become stricter. While I understand why, I recommend making sure your parking pass is clearly visible, as I did receive a ticket despite paying monthly. Like many places, prices have also increased over time. Overall, it’s a beautiful building and a place I truly enjoy calling home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. 5 stars!

Super friendly staff, clean and well kept common areas, and very quite units! Movie nights and more on the roof-top patio makes for great community spirit. (And the popcorn butter was the perfect addition!)

Modera is a clean quiet and friendly community. It is easy to make friends here especially if you’re a dog parent or go to their amenity events. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and the leasing office is always helpful to answer any of your questions.
