Areas are always well-maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and professional. And they love my dog. You have the benefits of participating on diferentes types of events during the months something that i like the most is spent time by the pool and go to the gym. Gym.

I really love my experience at Modera. The staff, maintenance team, and front office are all amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. The environment is great, the building is well maintained, and the location is absolutely amazing. My only downside is the rent. Every time I renew my lease, it seems to go up by about $100 a month. I understand that the cost of living in the area continues to increase, but the constant rent increases can definitely become difficult to keep up ...

with. Other than that, I genuinely love living here and appreciate the people and environment. I just wish there was a little more consideration for current residents when it comes to lease renewal increases.

Just moved in. Happy with the front office and maintenance team so far! Our apartment is spacious and we hear limited noise from neighbors. Great location.

quiet and beautiful apartment complex. Amenities always kept extremely clean and in great condition. Wish the gym was a little bit bigger or had a few more piece of equipment.

We have been residents of Modera Edgewater for 3 years and just renewed for another year. We have been extremely pleased with the location, apartment quality, amenities and staff, who are professional, caring and responsive. Other tenants have also been good neighbors.

great property, great maintenance and amenities. Very attentive staff. Whenever I have an issue, it is promptly resolved. Quiet building with little to no noise. Rooftop pool is great.

Mostly good. Just a few things that make it difficult for when you need pet care. And packages are still sometimes tough to find the way the system is and the garage and package room do flood.

We’ve really enjoyed living at Madeira Edgewater. The building is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, and whenever we’ve had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of quickly. We also love the location—everything we need is nearby. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
