We moved in 3-4 days ago after having been in LA for a week after a nightmare of a previous place. Modera welcomed us from the beginning. Leticia was wonderful and from the moment we walked into the place it felt like home. She’s been so welcoming and has continued that through our entire move. She clearly cares about the residents and the space, she’s been very accommodating. The property is also extremely well maintained and they have great amenities.
