I have been here a year now and love the staff, community, and what the building has to offer in comfort and style. I do wish there was a theater room instead of a karaoke room, I think it would get a lot more use.

I’m moving into Modera Hollywood tomorrow and so far, everything has been great. The leasing team was super helpful, and the building looks beautiful with top-notch amenities. The location is unbeatable, and my apartment has a great layout and finish. Excited to move in — I’ll update once I’ve settled!

Fantastic experience with the leasing office! They were incredibly accommodating, providing videos, measurements, and a virtual tour. So far so good! I love the amenities and the staff is very friendly. The location is also convenient and feels secure. The only thing I’ll note is our upstairs neighbors stomp vivaciously 24/7 but besides that it’s great.

Everything works properly, the employees are very friendly and welcoming, there are also no problems with parcel delivery We have been living here for almost half a year and so far everyone is satisfied, we receive emails about all events, but sometimes on holidays or parades it is not clear how to get home by car, because the road to the house is blocked from all sides
