I love living here and the community that lives in this apartment seems very friendly so far. I love the amenities and the view in the 7th floor is spectacular.

The staff is exceptional. Friendly, they communicate well, they respond to concerns. The premises are clean and well maintained. The building is very quiet. I love living here.

Great amenities, very nice staff, not great security- our bike got stolen and nothing was really done about it. We really do love the staff, this is more of a company grievance.

Upscale amenities and comfortable living. Not cheap but definitely a decent value for the location since everything is pretty walkable and public transport is easily accessible

Really excellent amenities and culture in the building. My only main complaint is the semi-frequent maintenance issues with the exterior doors and access control systems.

I love how fast they are too accomplish work orders for maintenance, and to address any other resident concerns that might come up. They do their best to make sure the building is clean and up to standards.

Overall everything from management to living space has been 5-star. The reason for my 4-star rating is lack of direct communication from neighbors, instead complaints being addressed to management rather than to me directly so we can communicate and move forward. Additionally, the number of reactive dogs in this building is overwhelming, I understand there are many different reasons for this, however it seems to be an increasing issue that goes unaddressed.

2 elevators is inadequate for building size. Garbage rooms are constantly filthy. Bike storage door has been broken for several months. Units have poor ventilation (baking or frying invariably sets off smoke detector)
