The buildings are nicely kept. The grounds are beautiful. There’s too many dog owners that don’t pick up after their dogs. There’re so many poop piles around the community! It is better than last week. I have noisy neighbors above me who just moved in. I’m hoping they will make less noise after they get get fully moved in. The grills are great to have. The ones between buildings 3&4 don’t always work. More places to sit and enjoy the grassy areas with our pets would be great. I would like to ...
see more cameras on the property. Other than the suggestions I have mentioned it’s quite pleasant here. It’s a typically quiet place. Sometimes new community members are just not aware yet of what they produce for noise. My apartment is large and very comfortable. I feel safe here.

Modera Natick Center is a great place to live. The apartments are good size and have appliances including washer and dryers. The staff are professional, responsible, responsive as well as good technicians. The community is friendly and welcoming. The location of the complex, bering next to the CRT (Cochituate Rail Trail) and the Navy Yard park (with garden plots and soccer field, two basketball hoops, and playground for children) is a real plus, as is living so close to our beautiful Lake.
