October 18, 2025Nice apartments. Parking seems expensive though, otherwise no complains. Big, nice, clean gym with lots of windows. The rooftop is gorgeous. I especially love those little plants on top.Property Manager Responded

The location is fantastic—right in downtown Redmond, close to groceries, restaurants, and the river trail. The apartments here are modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities (gym, mini theater, rooftop and lounge) make it feel like a true community. I have never had any maintenance issues. The community is exceptionally clean, and the maintenance team is truly phenomenal—quick to respond and always ensuring everything is in top condition.
