Nice apartments. Parking seems expensive though, otherwise no complains. Big, nice, clean gym with lots of windows. The rooftop is gorgeous. I especially love those little plants on top.

I’ve lived at Modera River Trail for over 18 months, and it’s been a really positive experience. The location is fantastic—right in downtown Redmond, close to groceries, restaurants, and the river trail. The apartments here are modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities (gym, mini theater, rooftop and lounge) make it feel like a true community. I have never had any maintenance issues. I also want to call out the leasing staff, especially Blythe—she’s been incredibly helpful, ...

Overall, I would say this is the best apartment building in the downtown Redmond area. The amenities, cleanliness, communication, and spaces are highly competitive with other higher end apartments. Noise levels are overall great and the office to communicate with staff has many on-site hours.
