August 21, 2025I’ve lived at Modera River Trail for over 18 months, and it’s been a really positive experience. The location is fantastic—right in downtown Redmond, close to groceries, restaurants, and the river trail. The apartments here are modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities (gym, mini theater, rooftop and lounge) make it feel like a true community. I have never had any maintenance issues. I also want to call out the leasing staff, especially Blythe—she’s been incredibly helpful, ...welcoming, and attentive anytime I’ve had questions or needed support.Property Manager Responded
