Misleading Apartment Tour
July 1, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI was given a tour of this apartment complex by one of the leasing agents and showed a model unit. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the unit and asked if the unit I was looking at would be identical to the model and I was told it was. I then applied online, got approved and moved in. Come move-in day I notice that the unit does not have a balcony, unlike the model unit AND the floor plan attached to the application for the unit online. This was very disappointing as it was a major reason why I ...chose the community. It has been over two weeks since I moved in and the leasing office still has not resolved this issue with me despite the advertised service gurantee policies on their website.Read More
