They apartments are cheaply made, cabinets bubbling, floors lifting, just things that should be better done for a new community especially when we are paying 2k$ plus for one bedrooms. Also, some units have a fake window in the bedroom which is close to being against fire regulations. People are not suppose to smoke but continuously smell weed in hallways. The package service is horrible it got better but unless you ordered the package yourself you won’t ever know if someone sent you something. ...
Dryers in apartments are broken.Fitness center is falling apart. Just need to be better. Only thing I really like is the community managers and concierge

Great place to live! Location is fantastic. Pool and rooftop are incredible. It’s like living on a resort. Everything is so close by. Whole goos down the steeet HEB is only half a mile away

I haven’t had any major issues here. Honestly, I loved my unit. Great views, not too noisy, reliable staff and amenities are well kept up. Some things that I wasn’t a fan of, is the limited charging stations available here considering the amount of tenant residing has increased and their packaging system tends to take a lot of time however overall I truly enjoyed my stay.

It’s a fun complex to live in. You can sometimes hear your neighbors and surrounding business but honestly not too crazy. Only downside is that you have to take your broken down boxes to the loading dock rather than leaving it in the trash chute closet.

Overall, it’s very nice place to stay. The apartments are nice, and the community has a lot of great amenities.However, there are a few ongoing issues. Something always seems to be broken.For months the exterior recycling door has consistently been broken,which is frustrating because only the 1st elevator goes to that area.the rear garage gate has been broken 3 to 4 times in the 3 months that I’ve lived here.
I’m aware management sends out emails reminding residents not to leave trash outside ...
their doors; however, it doesn’t seem to be enforced.My floor often smells, I can say that during the holidays the carpet was cleaned, it didn’t really help with the smell long.It slightly masked it, which is disappointing since other floors, ie:the 1st, 2nd, and 8th floors, don’t have this issue.
The most inconvenient issue for me is the dog area, it’s often dirty and the water never gets hot.I do enjoy living here overall, I hope these concerns are addressed to improve the resident experience.
