November 23, 2025I just recently moved into Modera Woodstock and I am blown away at the quality of this apartment building. Quiera help me to quickly secure the coolest apartment I have ever had in my life. She made the process very easy, quick, answered all my questions and was very responsive to all my emails. The maintenance staff has been great as well, I got to meet them on move in day. The neighborhood is the best in town you can't beat the selection of food and shopping within three blocks. Fantastic!
November 10, 2025I moved to this apartment building almost six months ago and I am so glad I did. The building is secure, modern, cleaned daily by staff, well maintained, and is within walking distance of public transportation, shops, a grocery store, and restaurants. Fellow residents are friendly and there are social activities to attend. The staff are always helpful and attentive if there is ever a concern or even just to say hi. Best apartment ever!
October 24, 2025I absolutely love living at Modera Woodstock! From day one, the team has been amazing — Quiera helped make my application and move-in process seamless, and both Junior and Jair have been friendly, and proactive. Jessica, the Community Manager, clearly leads with heart — the whole team radiates warmth and joy. Every detail here makes it feel like home. The signature scent that greets me in the lobby instantly helps me unwind, the rooftop lounge with multiple fire pits is my favorite evening ...spot, and the dog spa is perfect for my pup. The package room gives me peace of mind for bigger deliveries, and I’ll admit I was skeptical about valet trash at first, but it’s turned out to be one of my favorite conveniences. The apartment itself is quiet and peaceful — I never hear my neighbors or hallway noise — and every little design touch makes it feel like a resort. Great place
July 30, 2025Emilee gave me my tour and she was great. The apartment complex is really nice, peaceful. Jessica and Zach have been very helpful. A Staff that Cares
May 27, 2025I've been living in Modera Woodstock since Winter and the building was still getting it's fresh new appliances and door locks were settling in. While there will always be a few little things that need touch ups or might need an adjustment after settling, the staff here is always on it when you ask for some assistance. Be in the management staff with questions about the lease, the custodial crew that keep the hallways clean & greet you with a smile as you grab coffee, or the tag-team handymen -- ...Jair & Jr. -- that work hard to make sure everything is up to snuff. I have appreciated the periodic aid and keeping this place safe and upkept, so I can focus on the other tasks for the month.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Apartment
May 27, 2025I moved here from out of state, and this apartment has been great, exceeding my expectations. I found exactly what I wanted in my next place to live + more. The staff have been remarkably friendly and helpful -- even saying hi to me by name when I pass through the front lounge. The community managers like Jessica have helped me settle in comfortably. When I moved in, I had to submit a couple maintenance tickets, and they were handled swiftly and with smiles: shoutout to Jair and Junior on the ...service team. There are so many places to walk to around here, especially to eat, and buses to ride to find more. It also feels very safe, as there are many other people out and about doing the same things and exploring the area. My experience of Portland has been overwhelmingly positive, and living here is definitely a big contributor of that.Property Manager Responded

Dream apartment!
May 23, 2025This place is just beautiful. The amenities are so, so good and I feel so safe here. I love the complimentary coffee every morning and a chance to meet the neighbors. The club room is fantastic with shuffleboard, pizza oven, and gourmet kitchen. It is a little pricey but you get more than your money’s worth here! With 24/hr gym, climbing wall, and EV charging, I feel like I won the lottery living here. The front desk staff are always available and so helpful. You don’t find that at other ...complexes. May 9, 2025I toured the apartment with the assistant manager, Jessica and the manager, Zachary, as well as the leasing agent, Quierra, all of whom were genuinely nice, well-spoken, knowledgeable about the building and the amenities, prompt and responsive with excellent follow through. Their energy is super inviting and infectious and they’re really good about remembering people’s names. They made the move in process so smooth and simple, and have always been ready and eager to answer questions. The ...apartment amenities are thoughtful and they really try to create a friendly community for the residents. This was one of my best choices in my life to move into this apartment!
