This place is the worst place I have ever lived in!!!!! If I could give this negative stars I would. BUILDING IS DIRTY. Garbage in the hallways. You have outside people sleeping in the hallways. Building is not secure anyone can come in and out. So unsafe. My neighbors have gotten their apartments broken into and their cars.. and boy maintenance office is TERRIBLE no help at all!!!!!! I moved in with a broken window, broken doors, and broken handles in my shower. Multiple service calls and a year ...
later and those things are still not fixed. I wouldn't recommend this building or AVALON VILLAGE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE!!
