Every room in it is tiny and it smells disgusting. There was used toilet paper on the seat of the toilet downstairs. The stairs felt as if they were about to fall apart and the same could be said for the upstairs bedrooms. The fact that these are listed as habitable is absurd to say the least.

Poorly maintained at best! That's if you can manage to get them to address maintenance issues at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Be warned

The staff here has took care of any situation needed or something needed to be fixed.. I don't feel uncomfortable or unsafe here. The staff keeps the appearance outside nice. Very affordable and convenient location. Will definitely sign up for another year. Thank you guys at Monaco lake... I found home.

Its not what it looks like.
They take to long to fix anything. Giving the administrative services and the conditions of the buildings the prices are too high.
The neighborhood is quiet, peacefull but is not secure.
There has been cases of burglary. The pool is a mosquito nest, the water is green. The laundry is very dirty.
