March 4, 2026started off rough. Still waiting for stools I submitted 2 months ago. I would think a complex like this who has uniform appliances, couches, Etc would be tied in w companies to get stuff replaced in 3 days. dishwasher doesn’t work. haven’t submitted a request bc idk how long that will take. But the rent is low for granite countertop stainless steel appliances,furnished, by Elmwood Village, downtown, 198, 90, bowling alley, gym. need to get extra furniture bc there’s only a three per couch so ...having ppl over is an issue. Not a can of false advertising the pool, apparently hasn’t been open in yrs. There r more pros than con. Some staff super friendly where I can sit down with them and talk w them like bff. Evey1 has different experiences here. But I’m a businessman .tend to nitpick/ analyze things lol. always looking at ways to improve places n how they can grow. like a pizza place across from the bowling alley. January 7, 2026I arrived to pick up my key and I did not receive a room fob or the correct keys to the unit and everything I request to not have in my room I received such as cats, that I am allergic too. Received another room on another day and had to wait a couple hours. When I entered it was not clean had broken door nobs and broken microwave and disgustingly dirty oven, and room nor bathroom was clean. The worst experience I have ever hadProperty Manager Responded

August 31, 2025I think this is a great spot for student living affordable and ideal for commuting to any of the surrounding colleges. I will say they are a bit slow with maintenance requests. August 24, 2025Apartment is fully furnished and spacious. I am really looking forward to creating new memories here. Only thing I would say is the washing machine makes a lot of noise when washing it might be broken and the bathroom shower rod is falling off the wall.Property Manager Responded
