February 12, 2026I absolutely love living at The Monarch on Highland! The property is so peaceful and well maintained. The building is always clean, and you can really tell the team takes pride in keeping everything looking nice and organized. My apartment feels like home. It’s quiet, comfortable, and the atmosphere here is just calm and welcoming. Since the new management took over, you can definitely see and feel the positive changes.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t waste your time
October 18, 2025For the past three weeks, the key fob has been malfunctioning, preventing me from gaining access to my door. I have attempted to contact management, but they have consistently been unavailable. Elevators haven’t worked in 5months and we have another elevator that doesn’t work.ps please don’t waste time .Review from Apartments.com
