Living at the Monogram apartment homes has been great these past two years.
My apartment at Monogram is a unique blend of spaciousness, modern finishes, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. It’s not just a place to live, but a sanctuary to retreat to after a long day. The large windows flood the space with natural light, and my balcony offers a 360 view of the city.

as well as valet parking, the hotel bar, and club access. While there is no pool, the Y is across the street, and they have a pool. I also appreciate the secure and clean environment, with weekly cleaning of the common areas and monthly hallway carpet cleaning, which makes everything look pristine.
The location of Monogram Apartments is not just convenient, it's a gateway to a vibrant lifestyle. With shopping, dining, and public transportation just a stone's throw away, it's the perfect balance between work and leisure.
The management team is helpful, and the maintenance team responds timely to work orders.
Living at Monogram Apartments has been a pleasurable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.
