It took weeks of battling management for them to even get someone to come out and “inspect it”, even though the property manager had been there and seen the problem already. After this inspection, they refused to deal with the carpet or smell. I also once emailed one of the managers in regard to an internet problem that one of their ports was causing. The only response I got back was the Comcast support line. I don’t even have Comcast. They will also do absolutely anything to drain your security deposit at the end of your stay, charging up to $100 for a “dirty bathroom” that you had cleaned as well as humanly possible. Overall, horribly incompetent and sneaky management. If I had the choice again, I would stay somewhere else.
