      • Horrible and Unsafe Place to Live

        I would not recommend living here. The apartment was full of roaches when we moved in and cars are being broken into every other day. One night our neighbor started shooting at a car thief and they started shooting back toward our building. I feel lucky we made it out of there without getting shot. Don’t let the gate fool you. It is not a safe place to live.

        I love the new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood feels safe but.....This place is annoyingly noisy...there’s constant rumbling sounds through out the entire apartment. Loud, vibrations coming from the ceilings and floors, I feel like I’m living in a warehouse. I talked to my neighbors who lives next door to me and they told me the same thing.

        The maintenance and front desk staff is very nice. Although not much money is put in to fixing the place correctly. Instead they spend money on Band-Aids. It is fairly quiet and family oriented.

        Montana Valley is an idealistic place to raise a family. Its secluded gated community make the easy to forget the hectic city outside the gate. These grounds are always quiet at all times as well as inside the buildings. A No drug policy allows Montana Valley to remain family friendly. The friendly staff makes the application and moving process easy and simple. I love living in Montana Valley.

        The property office will work very hard to get you approved, the apartment and town homes are amazing with patios, fireplaces, a pool and it's a gated community , howeverrrrrr paying this steady water bill EVERY month is not what I had in mind ($100) being that even owners only pay once every 3 months, my mom thinks it's a scam!!! And they should really invest into updating the park area for the children being that this property makes a nice chunk of revenue... Maintenance comes in a timely ...

        This is a wonderful place to live. The office manager is always nice and smiling, everyone that works here is always helpful and friendly. They seem to care weather or not you are happy. All repairs are taken care of in a timely manner. The scenery is beautiful, especially in the fall. Its conveniently located easy highway access. The fireplace, pool and the patio are just a few of my favorite things here. I've lived here three years.

        So far I have lived here for about 6 months and the experience has been nothing short of my expectations. They are the greatest value in Cincinnati as far as what you get for the price you pay. One of my favorite features is the electronic gate system, although sometimes it has it's issues, but I've noticed someone usually fixes it within the same day. The area is not the greatest in the city but being that the community is tucked back and relatively hidden there is a great sense of ...
        security. The landscape is beautiful and I often see bunnies enjoying themselves outside my building. Which being a nature lover it makes me feel even more at home. And last but not least, the staff are absolutely wonderful. They help you out as much as they possibly can and I am always greeted with a smile full of positive energy.

        My husband and I have lived here for alittle over 2 years... we have enjoyed the staff , love the pool and really enjoy the quietness. I wake up on a Saturday / Sunday morning and cant believe how I can sit on the patio and listen to the birds and watch the squirles... If I ever have a question or concern I can call the office and talk to any 1 of the staff. We relocated down here for my job and we did not know anybody however I have found friends in the staff.... I would recomend this to anybody ...
        needing reasonable rent and a beautiful place to stay and very friendly staff.
