March 10, 2025This is the best apartment experience I’ve ever had! I lived hear from the beginning of 2024 to March 2025 and couldn’t recommend it more. The front office is awesome and always responsive to any issues I’ve had. The maintenance crew is incredible, I’ve had several minor maintenance issues that are always fixed same day. My heat went out once and they also fixed it the same day. The grounds are very sell kept. 10/10!Property Manager Responded

Stop Your Search! They Make it Easy!
January 23, 2025The team at Montclair Parc was so helpful. The whole application process was completed from home on their website and I was approved in minutes. Sure there is some ID verification required, but that is just a couple extra steps to ensure I was who I said I was (which I am thankful for considering they hadn't ever met me). After talking with the girls in the office, they were able to help me find the exact apartment that I was looking for. They have lots of floor plans and options, but they took ...the time to see what would best fit my needs. fees, wasps, mold
January 2, 2025Wasps everywhere even after maintenance order; they don’t remove everything in your balcony, etc., even though you told them you have allergies and carry an Epi-pen. Unnecessary Fees for everything in rent, and when you move out, they charge you a cleaning fee even though you have already cleaned. The office is friendly, but some are new and won’t always have the correct answer. You will email multiple people or contact various people until you get the correct answer.Property Manager Responded

Great place to call home
October 3, 2024Review : My time at Montclair Parc has certainly been an adventure! I’ve had a few mishaps but the office team has always been a pleasure to work with,and the always take care of me and my pup,Romeo! They will do everything in their Power to help out,Jose leads a great maintenance team,and that man really knows that he’s doing! All the service team guys are wonderful,helpful,and beyond communicative. When it comes to office staff, they care, they really really do! If they haven’t seen me in a ...while they check on me,I’m always greeted with a smile, and when I visit with them,I can tell they are actually glad to chat with me. They play with my pup,and give him love any chance they can . DeAsia is a new addition to the team with Bri,but I can tell they’re gonna do well here. We lost another shining star of Montclair Parc,Bentley, that was like a granddaughter to me,but I know she’s off taking care of dogs in another state. Great place to live , worth every dollar
March 6, 2024There’s just something about Montclair Parc that is different than the rest ! Well there’s several things ! There’s the maintenance team - they are AMAZING, and always communicate! Josh , Cesar , Lalo , and lead by Jose ( the best team!) And the community is so beautifully kept and manicured , the apartment that I have is so spacious (Lincoln ) and it made downsizing easy ! The community is quiet always and I feel like I see where my money goes here ! So sad I moved here
February 2, 2023They go into your apartment when your not home and tell you it's for "maintenance". Then they overcharge you for things that were already damaged in the rental when you move out. They charge you for keys to the apartment and mailbox, when they're returned. Lastly when you leave a bad review they figure out a way to tell you it's "your fault" and "sorry for any misconstrued information". Then they block you. The only downside is that our neighbors are smoking weed and it stinks up everything - which we submitted our concern about the other day and am waiting for a reply.
