Worst decision in my life

Please dont take this apartment and ruin your mental peace. I live in second floor and the flooring is so bad that i cant walk, for that matter not even talk within the apartment. My downstairs neighbors keep complaining about too much noise. Choosing this apartment is one of the worst decisions i took in my life. It is too bad to deemed as living space. The person in charge never attends your calls or messages. Please dont

Lots of construction, noise, water and heating don't work

No manager to fix any problems. The supposed manager doesn't communicate with tenants. There is always construction since July 2021, they even work on the weekends. Besides construction noise, you can hear your neighbors talking/kids screaming. Do not move in if you work from home. Hot water turns off once a week. Plumbing is always broken. Heater doesn't work. Building is old in general and not maintained.

Worst Manager in this apartment because there is no leasing office.
