You will think an apartment in such a neighborhood will hire responsible people to take care of the residents needs when the need arises. They have put a kid in charge who is never available, doesn't pick up his phone or reply to texts. He does a horrible job in pertinence to cleaning for new tenants to move in. The cleaning before i moved in was horrible. I do understand it is an old building but most landlords make sure their buildings are very well cleaned before a new tenant moves in. If you ...
are looking for a place in Millburn, until this landlord gets responsible people to do the job as it is suppose to be done, stay away from this building. The kid super will run it down.

Huge mice issue

This property is infested with mice, all my neighbors complain of the same issue and none have been able to solve the problem. It takes weeks for an exterminator to visit and when they do, the work done is minimal and not aimed at closing entry points. The heat during the winter is very low and the apartments are cold. Not worth it.
