Nice place and great location
May 1, 2025Fantastic location, nice grounds, great neighbors in my building. Not sure how any tenant could have a problem with management unless the tenant is the problem! We've had no issues. I do wish more people would use their garages for their cars though.Property Manager Responded

January 13, 2025I am very disappointed with the management's handling of our deposit. After living in the apartment for only one year and leaving it in perfect condition, we were charged additional $550 for their decision to repaint the walls to a different color (gray). Before moving out, we asked if there was anything else we needed to do to ensure we’d receive our deposit, and they assured us everything was fine. Be aware—this management seems unlikely to return your deposit fairly.Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2024We chose Montessa at Whitney Ranch for the location, and have been very pleased with our choice. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely view and we have a garage, there is plenty of parking as well. The grounds are well kept, with a beautiful walkway around the property, perfect for walking our dog. Applying was simple, and Tawni was beyond helpful and easy to communicate with. July 2, 2024I’m so thankful for a property like Montessa that cares about all of us living here, we really are a community. The GREATEST thing I can say about living here now, that it’s moved to a NON SMOKING FACILITY. I was about to move because we’ve had smokers all around us, and my asthma was getting so bad I couldn’t even stand to be outside of my own place, Which was really sad because I love gardening and taking care of my many plants on the back patio. I had to get on a different inhaler and extra ...asthma medicine just to tolerate being outside in my own place because of all the smoking around me. No smoking on the property IS THAT IMPORTANT TO ME!! So having the support of Montessa enforcing this is a game changer for me. Thank you Montessa!
