January 5, 2025In my experience, and time living here. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to concerns, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable living experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a quality apartment in a welcoming environment. The ladies in the office Carola, Patricia, and Iris. are super friendly, above expectations, and professional. The maintenance team ...is incredible Franklin, Eugenio, and Juan always go above and beyond to try to fix everything correctly, if not till they get the solution. Do NOT move here
April 10, 2017These apartments are so disgusting. They are old, poorly taken care of and filled with bugs. All around unsanitary. These apartments have mold so be careful before signing your contract and READ the mold addendum section, which basically says as long as the mold isn't visible with the eye before you moved in, it's not their problem. I don't see how any positive reviews could actually be real. Trust me, don't do it.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2015Nice, quiet, safe community. These apartments are some of the older ones in the area. It doesn't have a pool or exercise room. The staff is very nice and helpful if you have any problems or questions. I did get a significant increase in my rent and I am on a pension and disability pay and can't work. So it's tough keeping food on the table. My rent went from $1140 per month to $1375. So for now, I'll have to stay because I can't afford to move, with paying movers and security deposits and so on. ...However, overall, Whetstone Apartments are a nice place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Love having washer/dryer in the unit, and as a chef, I really like gas burners! July 21, 2014The location is great. The office staff ok, old staff was better help. Maintenance takes for ever to come and fix the problem, so be ready to report it more than ones. no visitors parking, and to find parking for self sometimes is a challenge. You have to use the pool and gym from the property next to us. For the gym you need to pay or obtain a pass for one day from the leasing office. Townhomes do not have patio or balcony.
