Moncellio is a great place to live. It's quiet and private. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are concerned if any thing needs repairs. I love living here. I would recommend Moncellio.

Monticello at Southport is a great place to live. The Community is wonderful and I enjoy meeting new neighbors on walks or grabbing a coffee in the office. I think Monticello is Southport is a great community to live in and I’m a new resident and it’s very quiet. I would say so far the neighbors have been friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and that was what I was going after especially with there being children in the unit. I also like the modern finish that the apartment has, on top of your stairwell is to your unit. It’s not two doors to a stairwell, making it very easy for delivery drivers to find it.
