Beware - Dirty & Horribly Maintained

Elevators are constantly broken. Hallways are dirty and smell like smoke. Turnover at the front office seems to happen every other month. The current manager seems to be friendly, but lacks solid communication. The amenities are not being maintained properly which may be out of his hands. In general, RPM has not seemed like a great company for management is what I gather. Promises made at leasing were not kept and things have only gone downhill since. get taken away, etc. (example: pool heaters, gym equipment, coffee machines, etc.) Paying for luxury prices but not getting that at all. The only positive thing is the layout of the apartment is nice and the people you meet are great. Being close to nightlife is also nice.
