Great Place Near Great Schools

We've lived here for almost five years. Our kids have gone to nearby Los Perales, Rheem Elementary, JM Junior high, and Campolindo. The schools are amazing and our kids could walk to both Rheem and Campo from the apartments. It is a well kept property and the apartment is spacious for our family of four. It's a fairly quiet complex. The garage for the vehicles is awesome to have. We enjoy the pool in the summers and our fireplace in the winters. Glad to call 680 Moraga home.

Well Kept Safe and Affordable Property

This place is not just affordable, but also safe and centrally located to everything in Moraga. The property management and maintenance are prompt in responding to tenants. I love being able to pay rent and put in maintenance requests online. They are also very good at responding to emails. Management is very involved with sending communications to keep all tenants up to date with whatever is happening on the property. We have two parking spots in the garage which is a huge plus and hard to find ...

at other places. I do wish all of our windows were double paned because we have three rooms with wall to wall single paned sliding doors so we have to keep up with some moisture that comes through. We get a lot of good lighting and each apartment has it's unique features depending on the layout. It's a quiet property. There are well established tenants who've been here for many years. There are also short term tenants from St. Marys college. Our family of four have been here in a 3 bedroom for about four and a half years. We enjoy the pool in the summer. Overall, we enjoy living here.

I have lived at 680 Moraga Rd for many years. The property is clean and the neighbors are great. They have great parking for each unit. The maintenance team is quick and responsive. The location is great if you have children elementary school is walkable, Middle school is the furthest, and high school they could walk as well. You are walkable distance from Starbucks and shopping mall. Apartments have lots of closet/storage space. The bedrooms are large. The dinning/living room is one big open ...
