OUR FIRST BUILDING IS 100% LEASED AND WILL BE OCCIUPIED on 05/01/26. THE SECOND BUILDING WILL BE READY FOR OCCUPANCY APPROX. 10/15/26. We are now taking nonrefundable deposits (one month's rent) to hold a unit. We know this is several months on the second building, but these units rent really fast as they are the best pricing for a brand-new apartment within a 40-mile radius. This brand-new apartment complex is located east of Morgantown by only 15 minutes in a beautiful rural small-town neighborhood (Bruceton Mills) one mile off of I68. Tired of tight parking, loud neighborhoods and excessive people then you need to inquire on this property before they are all leased. We require a deposit (one months rent) to hold a unit. There are 12 apartment units for rent to include: all stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer included, hardwood floor cover and exterior security cameras. Plenty of exterior parking spaces. New daycare (not part of this complex) now open within walking distance of the complex. 2 Bedrooms - $975.00 per month with $975.00 deposit (1000-1050 square feet) Pets are allowed limited to two per unit and of smaller size for an additional $25.00 per month per pet. (No additional deposit required) Renter pays all utilities (trash, electric, water, sewage, cable/internet) which should not exceed more than $200.00 per month but that will be BASED on the amount of usage obviously and u will need to VERIFY this on your own. Also, we can recommend a local insurance agent for renter's insurance which is require very reasonable approx. $125.00 per year. One year lease is required and annual income of $47,500 or greater required.
