This is an amazing place to live . The staff is very sweet and they are on it with any repairs . If I ever needed to live in an apartment again in the valley I would definitely be coming back . The layouts are great and spacious and the amenities are wonderful .

We have lived in a two bedroom for a year and a half now. We pretty much never hear our neighbors and are surprised when we hear a creek from the people upstairs. The management listens to concerns and responds net quickly to any problems. The pool is nice but only open for about four months a year. We are close to the bus route but that means a lot of people on foot use our complex as a sort cut so the management has hired security patrols a few days a week. The grounds are always kept clean and ...

beautiful. We are close to St. Vincent De Paul so occasionally we have homeless go through our dumpsters. All things considered though, this is a great place to live. It is simply on the pricier side but Medford is having a shortage of apartments so we will stay here for a while longer.

This was the first apartment complex where we actually felt welcome and wanted. The managers were very friendly and even gave us a housewarming gift! A couple weeks later they called again to check up on us and see how we've settled in. These apartments are very clean, quiet and have a very nice shared community room and gym. Right now we're in the one bedroom, and there is so much storage space! the kitchen is a good size and we have washer dryer hookups. The pool is heated and there are plenty ...
