It includes a washer and dryer, but the door to each individual unit's laundry room is outside. Rent is very reasonable for a three bedroom split between three people, but the price jumps about a hundred each if you want a two bedroom. The management is almost uncontactable, but if you leave them a message or drop a note into the office box and you have something that needs fixed, they'll send someone out asap. Landscaping its done by hired men so you don't have to worry about yard work! There is a small play area for children with a swingset and slide, and plenty of grassy area to picnic or play catch with your dog. Another thing: it's pet friendly and a one time pet fee! No monthly pet rent, yay! There is also a mostly empty parking lot and no limit on parking. Overall, I liked living here.
