I've lived in the Morrison Street Apartments for about 3 years now and I love them! The apartment complex is kept very clean and I have never had a problem with any kind of bugs, which is a big thing for me when considering apartment options. Cynthia is the current manager and she is super nice and friendly. The maintenance man is extremely helpful and fixes any problem you may have as soon as you tell him about it. dryers. The jacuzzi is great to relax in at night and the pool is nice to wade around in on very hot days. The construction across the street is quite loud and obnoxious, but it looks like they will be done with that soon. They test the fire alarms in our building often, which is strange.. But I guess it's better than never having them tested? The location is unbeatable. There's a park right down the street that is great for jogging. You can walk to all of the best places in Noho, from bars to restaurants to the theaters. Overall, I really like it here and I think you would too!
