This complex includes a private community pool, dog park, dog wash, and a beautiful walking trail around a natural pond! The clubhouse has a fireplace, study rooms, game room amenities, and exercise equipment. This property is pet-friendly in all buildings and floors. The interior of all units feature high end finishes with chocolate cabinets, granite tops, stainless appliances, 9' ceilings, and other designer touches. All buildings have secured entry and cameras throughout all halls, stairwells and exterior of the buildings. Internet, gas, water, parking and garbage are included. Tenants only pay for electric.
