I LOVED IT HERE
October 28, 2023I lived there for 3 years and miss it so much but had to move for work. Charlene and Maureen were awesome and always helpful. Had a beautiful view, my things always worked and when maintenance was needed they were there quickly and fixed things fast. If bugs showed up they were quickly removed and destroyed. I loved being there and got over $500 back from my security deposit when I moved when I was sure I would get nothing back. I miss being there.Review from Apartments.com

July 29, 2015I have been living at Mosaic Apartment for 3 1/2 years now. They have upgraded and consistently made improvement every year since I've been here. They have painted all the building complexes, repaved the driving area, reinforced the car over path, and upgraded the kitchen. The two bed rooms are the largest I have seen in this area. They have a wash/dryer hook-up in which most apartments do not have. All the amenities you expect in an apartment and more. I don' like where I'm Living
August 13, 2015In the beginning I use to like living here I was paying $795.00 a month to start. All was calm during my 10 years and know the new owners came Trinity inc. and they started to fix the property Renovating as such. This year is marks 10 years that I have been living here they Raised my rent from $920 a month to $1,200 a month Utilities comes close to $1,300 a month It's not fair. Now they are allowing dogs and Cats and the Garbage situation is getting worse. I see homeless people come pick ...at the garbage for empty bottle and plastic cans and once I saw a man urinating in the parking lot. I'm one Income and they don't care they said rents are going up cause people from San Francisco are moving to our area and are willing to pay this rent so that is why rent has increased over the years. I wish I can buy a house but I can't cause (A) My credit is no good anymore and (B) I'm low income. Customer Service is no good either If I'm going to pay $1,300 a month I rather rent a house or live in a much better apartment in San Marcos Area here in Pittsburg California.. August 3, 2015The apartments are nice, the place is quiet, and the maintenance crew is great. However, parking is a nightmare, and the office staff are not very good. They never answer their phone, and they don't call back if you leave a message. You have to send an email or go in person to get anywhere with them.Review from Apartments.com
1st time apartment renter
July 31, 2015I've never rented an apartment before. This is the first time I've actually lived alone & it's so nice & peaceful. The sound of the wind in the trees, the birds always chirping. July 20, 2015How do I loathe thee... let me count the ways. The honeymoon phase at the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment was gone fairly quickly. The kitchen cabinets aren't deep enough so the doors don't close due to this. Dishwasher leaves horrible spots on dishes despite using Jet-Dry. Bathroom #1 - Leak in the ceiling. Shower causes the carbon monoxide detector to go off. Cabinet under the sink smells musty. Bathroom #2 - Shower leaked. Maintenance ripped it out and replaced it. Neighbor above us ...walks heavy so the exhaust fan is hanging from the ceiling. That's ok. It didn't work. You'll save on electricity since there aren't many permanent light fixtures. The smoke alarms like to cry "wolf" despite new batteries. Our car gets a shower nightly from the lawn sprinklers. Not so good for the finish on your car. Leaves horrible spots on the car. You pay a monthly fee for pest control. Their pest spray doesn't work on ants, fleas or earwigs. These are plentiful and most unwelcome! Like to hang out in the sauna? You'll love the bedroom then because if you sleep with the door shut, the A/C doesn't cool you down. (Yes, the vents are open.) Buy a floor fan. Other than that, it's ok.
