I have enjoyed living here the past three years. I feel safe, there’s lots to do within walking distance, and the office is kind and responsive to maintenance requests

Would give zero stars if possible. This is my daughter’s first apartment, and I am co-signer. The air conditioning was inoperative and the thermostat didn’t have batteries. The oven was filthy and the light was broken. There was no HVAC filter. Areas in the bathroom and entry were dirty. It was obvious that no one in management or maintenance inspected the apartment before she moved in. And to top it off, the management office closed shop about an hour before its posted office hours said it ...
should close. The emergency maintenance number was old/inoperative. Avoid this complex.
