    It's truly a great place to live! Its a great location. While also having great value with all the close establishments. The uptown area is unlike any other. It's a city feel in a southern town. All the convenience of a city and the charm of the South.

    Biggest and best apartments in the area! Amenities are outstanding! Move in was very easy and painless. The apartment is located within walking distance of the best bars in southend. I would highly recommend mosiac

    Been here 10 years. Wow! Can't complain. Amenities are good. Thank heaven for the on site gym. You made moving to Charlotte simple. Overall, excellent experience.

    It is a great community with perfect location . The leasing office people are super friendly and so are the maintenance members . I would highly recommend staying here

    Love the space, parking situation isn’t the best and wish there wasn’t a light outside my window 24/7 and there have been a good amount of breakages, but maintenance is always responsive

    Mosaic is a great location and very reasonably priced. I loved that I was able to tour the exact unit I wanted to rent before signing my lease. The move in process went extremely smoothly.

    Mosaic has been great. It is a fantastic place to live with a great location and a great community the only thing better would be more gym equipment and more pool space. Overall fantastic place to live.

    I just moved in, but so far I have had a 10/10 experience with everything I have gotten to see and do here so far. The pool is great. Love the grills in the pool area as well as the outside area of the second building. I love that when I walk outside, the nightlife is so close by. I love the area, and how safe it feels, and how clean it is kept. I am new to this corporate lifestyle, but it is a great place to live for those going into corporate in Uptown. I also love that I live behind the light ...
    rail, and am 2 stops away from my job. The walk is 10 minutes, so it's also a quick walk. Everything to love!

    My interior bathroom door is missing a lock but otherwise all good. Very clean rooms with tons of space and great location in terms of relation to the southend area
