great place to live!
December 31, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living here. The community is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the property is well maintained. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The staff has always been kind and helpful, which makes a big difference. I love the gym and pool it’s so well maintained, and madison up front is so friendly! Overall, it feels like a safe and comfortable place to call home.Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2025We love Mosby! Alicia, Madison, and Hunter are always so nice and welcoming. My kids love all the different events and activities that are put on throughout the year. My dog appreciates the doggie snacks in the office and washing station within walking distance to our apartment. The staff are actually professional and involved. Great place with a great staff!
December 9, 2025I cannot say enough good things about the team at Mosby. We have lived here for over 4 years and only due to unforeseen familial circumstances we have to leave this community. Throughout several different hardships, Madison, Alicia, and Hunter have been beyond professional, accommodating, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and so extremely kind and caring. This team has made the community fun with activities and events for all ages, and little things like stocked dog treats in the office and ...a gift wrapping station during the holidays really make you feel at home. My family and I are so thankful for a such a fantastic management team that genuinely cares about its residents and doesn’t see us as just another number. Do not live here
November 9, 2025This property is not maintained. There is trash everywhere on the property, in the grass, bushes, pool area, pond area, parking lots, balconies and walkways. They do not follow through with the rules and regulations. Trash cans in hallways 24/7 that wreak in smell. Cars without permits being allowed to park in resident parking, instead of being towed like their emails promised, Police presence because people are being arrested on site. Landscaping only half of the property, the buildings below ...the pool never received any landscaping this summer. Packages being stolen, mail not being received, and management never surveys the property to see what needs to be done. Balconies used for storage even though the lease states that it's not allowed. June 3, 2025Shout out to the Team- Alicia / Madison /Hunter and Cody they have all gone above and beyond to try and restore the property back to what it should be. Thank you for all your hard work it is not going unnoticed! I am not sure I would sign on for another year if this team was not here. I have lived here since 2019 When i first arrived the property was extremely well maintained all around. Then for a couple of years it went downhill quickly it was not well maintained at all. The amenities were ...unusable most of the time. Office staff was horrible , rude and unprofessional. This is not an inexpensive place to live and with the rent charged I would expect it to be well maintained at all times and all the amenities to be usable as advertised .Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Upgraded Apartments
May 13, 2020I highly recommend Mosby Poinsett. I have lived here the past year while attending graduate school at Furman University and loved the beautiful grounds with a view of Paris Mountain, upgraded apartment, and amenity center. Additionally, I have experienced wonderful customer service from the maintenance and overall staff. I would like to especially shoutout Susan Smits who has went above and beyond for me this year, especially throughout the COVID crisis. She always responded quickly, in the ...friendliest tone, and ensured all my questions were met.
