Do not live here
November 9, 2025This property is not maintained. There is trash everywhere on the property, in the grass, bushes, pool area, pond area, parking lots, balconies and walkways. They do not follow through with the rules and regulations. Trash cans in hallways 24/7 that wreak in smell. Cars without permits being allowed to park in resident parking, instead of being towed like their emails promised, Police presence because people are being arrested on site. Landscaping only half of the property, the buildings below ...the pool never received any landscaping this summer. Packages being stolen, mail not being received, and management never surveys the property to see what needs to be done. Balconies used for storage even though the lease states that it's not allowed. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW
June 3, 2025Shout out to the Team- Alicia / Madison /Hunter and Cody they have all gone above and beyond to try and restore the property back to what it should be. Thank you for all your hard work it is not going unnoticed! I am not sure I would sign on for another year if this team was not here. I have lived here since 2019 When i first arrived the property was extremely well maintained all around. Then for a couple of years it went downhill quickly it was not well maintained at all. The amenities were ...unusable most of the time. Office staff was horrible , rude and unprofessional. This is not an inexpensive place to live and with the rent charged I would expect it to be well maintained at all times and all the amenities to be usable as advertised .Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Upgraded Apartments
May 13, 2020I highly recommend Mosby Poinsett. I have lived here the past year while attending graduate school at Furman University and loved the beautiful grounds with a view of Paris Mountain, upgraded apartment, and amenity center. October 15, 2018Maintenance is not an issue of why we will not be recommending anyone to live here. I am rating a 10 solely because it asks based on this one interaction. The community and the people corporate are allowing in, the lack of communication from the community managers, current and past, for example a new resident (1 month) had to ask today where the mailboxes were and how the trash pick up worked because it wasn?t communicated, and the complete lack of disregard to current residents are the issues. ...Corporate is more concerned about filling apartments than keeping residents who are paying happy. I would rate a 3 only because I like a majority of my neighbors and 2 of the office staff and maintenance crew is helpful.
