Our policy is no more than two pets with a maximum individual weight up to 40 pounds or a combined weight of up to 70 pounds per household, additional fees and rules apply. All pets must observe leash laws and have updated medical records and vaccinations to be accepted. Sevier County School District is an above average, public school district located in Sevierville, TN. It has 14,536 students in grades PK, K-12 with a student-teacher ratio of 14 to 1. A Slice of Heaven in the Smokies!
October 21, 2022I've lived here for a little over a year, and every day I thank my lucky stars I found this place! The apartments are brand new, and the grounds are beautiful – but what else would you expect living in the smokies? These apartments are solid cement – so noise is not an issue here. You feel like you are in your own home with no neighbors! From here, you can walk down into Gatlinburg, walk to the trails and do a hike, or take the trolley up to Anakeesta…which you can see from here. My kids ...and grand kids LOVE to visit me because there is so much to do here. I had not rented in many years and planning my move from FL to here caused quite a bit of uncertainty. I can honestly say, management here is just incredible! Joy is the manager, and well…she is truly a JOY! Anything that comes up, any questions you have, any parking pass needs, just anything…she is right on it!! I don’t know how she keeps up with everything, but she does! And not only is she a fantastic manager, she is also a wonderful, warm person. Every month she plans a community event, and in Oct we did a walking ghost tour – it was a lot of fun! We learned about some of the more creepy things that happened in Gatlinburg….ooohhhhhh I’d also like to mention Scott, the fixer of all things… he is AWESOME! I’ve asked him to do everything from handing my curtains to adjusting my screens and he is prompt and courteous. The community is great! Everyone is kind and respectful, and it is truly a place I love to come home to. I travel for work, and safety was a huge concern for me. To date, I’ve never had an issue that caused me any concern. The one and only concern I’ve had here is when a baby bear got stuck in a construction dumpster last year…but it ended well with someone throwing in a piece of wood so baby could get out and rejoin momma and her 2 other cubs…lol If you are thinking about living in Gatlinburg, you won’t find a better place to live!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are beautiful and the salt water pool was amazing. Excellent
October 12, 2022Amongst the busy of the busy downtown area, this complex is alittle gem. Walking distance to downtown, quiet area, residents are wonderful. Apartments are wonderful and noise resistant. Its so quiet inside our apartment you wouldnt even know you were in a complex. And the maintenance staff is amazing and prompt with issues and monthly maintenance. The property manager is the gem of all gems and gracious, friendly and one of a kind!
