Absolutely terrible.
February 4, 2021The stuff is absolutely terrible, over charges for everything. I paid my rent on time, but they didn’t get to my rent until the day after. And still gave me a late fee, even though I had proof that I paid it on time. Security is terrible, my neighbor got shot. Dead cockroaches everywhere, I’m lucky i didn’t get live ones or bed bugs. Mold under the sink ruined everything i had under there. When i moved in, my bathtub was still covered in scum, and there was poop in the toilet bowl!!! Absolutely ...terrible, save yourself the stress and don’t move here. I regret it so much.Property Manager Responded

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in
November 24, 2019Never ever would I wish to live here if i had known how bad this place would be. Expect the smell of cigarette everywhere you go in the complex. NO rules are ever enforced. Roach infested apartments are the norm, and the common areas will constantly be littered with beer cans/bottles, and other trash. If anything breaks in your apartment, good luck trying to get it fixed. You will be told they will “write it down and get it taken care of” but nothing will ever get done even remotely timely. (It ...took over 2 months to get a dishwasher fixed) We've had a bowed in ceiling that I pointed out to maintenance and they didn't even flinch. And now worst of all, we might have mold in our vents. DONT MOVE HERE
August 3, 2019I cannot wait to move out of these apartments add bugs right at day 1 didn't even move my stuff in the apartment yet completely ridiculous if you're late for your rent it's a big c even if it's one day and rent is due on the 3rd not the 5th like most apartment complexes so if you have financial assistance that might not work out for you too good today rent is due I'm trying to pay my rent nobody is in the office they cannot expect us to pay rent on time if they're not in the office office hours ...on Saturday or supposed to open at 10 here it is almost 10:30 a.m. and nobody is in the office avoid this place just like it's the plague because it pretty much isProperty Manager Responded

Mountain Shadow Apartments
August 23, 2015Mountain Shadow Apartments, Is a mid sized complex tucked between state street and redwood road. This community is fairly quiet, going into my rented two bedroom unit there's a spacious living room with one large window overlooking the entire lot, carpet color is nude and can really match anything you decide to use. Walking into the kitchen it includes hardwood flooring, basic Formica countertops, stovetop oven and a fridge included, a perfect amount of cabinet area. Each of the bedrooms are ...beautifully spaced leaving plenty of room for a king sized bed, and more to fill up the unused space. Bathrooms include the same countertops, and tile flooring. These apartments also offer laundry and WiFi room next to the office with a workout room as well, within minutes of the Jordan River trail and Smiths grocery store.Property Manager Responded
