small, old apartment

Neighbors are like family. Managers are the best! Building is old however. Pipe work horrible. Shower water turns cold is neighbors upstairs turn on their or if we turn on the kitchen water. Door alignments poor. Open parking no gate. I've caught homeless people walking in to rate the trash cans. So basically old, but the cheap rent and friendly neighbors make up for the other things. Also there is a pool!
