Shady business practices

I was shocked by the good reviews, but then I realized it is only people who still live there that say anything good. The minute you are moving out, they make your life hell with costs, lies and doing anything to get more money out of you. They lied about how I left the apartment, my lease terms, everything. I am so upset that people who are in the housing business (housing- a basic necessity) can be this dishonest and get away with robbery like this because they are a big corporation.

These apartments are so shoddy and it makes me laugh that they are calling them "luxury." Paper thin walls, can always hear the toddler above me. Pool always closed for something or another. Gym is tiny and a lot of times the door is locked to get it to it.

I regret living here every day. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional. No matter what the issue is, they send you around in circles and you never get a solid answer. The manager will try to placate you while never actually helping.
