Great location and quality complex
August 28, 2024My daughter just moved into a 2 bedroom. The grounds are immaculate, the apartment is not luxury, but very nice with great windows and newer carpet. They overlook a green belt and there is a fire pit out front with chairs. The move in process and details were made seamless by Donye in their office. She quickly answered questions as we were signing the lease and helped us on move-in day as well. They also rekey the locks between tenants, so a little extra safety is reassuring.Property Manager Responded

My Aptment is a little Different
August 13, 2015I have lived here for almost 16 years. These apartments were low cost when I first moved in. I am a Paraplegic the doors are wider but that is it there is nothing else different. The apartments have been soled 3 times This last company I don't know what State they are from but...Last year before this last company bought them one of my aides had them put wood floors in. ( not real wood) my carpet had not been changed since they built these. Mold was under. Much better to roll on now too. They ...took out my good washer and stove and gave me cheap ones. They built car ports charging $60.00 a month no one is buying them. But since they did now are rent is high they say there now worth $1100.00 market value which I don't believe these were built in the 80's. Apt built in early 2000's are market valued at $500.00 the only thing different is this place has a porch that is why I stay here I have a garden and a grill I'm originally from California I like the outdoors. I have lived here in Bozeman for 20 in years before I was paralized I like my apartment Its a little crowed but if I could get free rent I would live anywhereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
