I have really enjoyed living here! The community pool is a great feature that I love having access to, and I have found the neighbors to be incredibly nice and welcoming. It has been a fantastic place to call home, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly community environment.

Huge bug problem upon moving in. They will NEVER get it taken care of, even though they offer pest control. Seems the whole property is like that. Rent goes up every couple months. Office staff very unfriendly. They ignore the phone daily. But walk in there and I guarantee they'll be cackling, on their phones and having a great time. A manager (who is no longer here) screamed at me in front of the other staff. Grounds are never kept clean, which I understand can be difficult. But trash EVERYWHERE ...
everyday is a little lack-ish. No remodels being done for current teneants, even though rent keeps going up. Ridiculously thin walls. Neighbors can talk to each other through them. Almost impossible to keep cool in the summer.
But hey, other than that, it's a quiet neighborhood where none really bothers you, with the soothing sound of gunshots echoing in the yonder.

What can I say about these apartments? Well to start off, the pool is never cleaned or have chemicals in it at all; in short there is no pool. AC’s are old and loud break constantly, same with the fan in the bathroom( I just stopped calling since it never can seem to get fixed), poor sealing job in bathroom gaping holes with mold coming out(cleaned and fixed myself), shower leaks, and the roach problem. Well, this part hurts the most after saying that they are going to fix the roach problem ...
shortly after move in…. That was 4 years ago… still roaches EVERYWHERE. Even with weekly cleanings you just get used to seeing them everywhere. Oh and no spots, they will give you a sticker that does not matter because everyone in the neighborhood has 4 cars. So patrol does not do their job or enforce the fact that no one in the complex is compliant. Cars parked for months with webs and no movement.

Because we’re unable to determine your identity in order to reach out to you directly, please call the office as soon as possible to speak with our community manager. In the meantime, we would like to clarify that the pool is serviced three times a week. At this time we have not had any reports of mold, if you are experiencing this issue we urge you to reach out to the office. We do spray each building but offer pest control services once a week for all of our residents, if you are in need of these services we ask that you reach out to get this scheduled. Currently live here. Its awful. Extreme roach and bug problem right when we moved in. Everything from,plumbing, electrical, and A/C breaks down on a weekly basis. Management disregards and negative comments and matainance will barely fix something to last only a few days. Don't not move in

Love it here!! It's my 1st studio apt. 1st apt period! I did check out the reviews before moving in and it was an emergency to find my own place. I was a little skeptical. I was homeless and the landlord knew this and she she helped me as much as she could to get my place, following every little detail of course. I was getting frustrated because of the process but I'm so thankful to her. My neighbors are awesome! I love my complex. Yes, because of the heat my a/c has gone out 2 times but they ...
dont waste time on fixing them(thank god). There is a little pest control issue but I havent had mager issues with it. Just be clean people, come on and it's pretty nice.
