I Love it here!
December 31, 2022I don't know what else to say but... I Love it here! The apartment it's self is cozy and kept up. If things need to be fixed you just put in a work order online and they fix it with in 48 hours. Honestly it has never took more than 24 hours. The pool is kept clean. The community is behind a locked gate with only 15 apartments. I could go on and on but basically I just Love this place!Review from Apartments.com
It’s cheaper then other because they don’t fix...
May 5, 2021This place needs work, I have I have mold coming out of the edge of the windows, the plumbing is always clogging up twice or three times a month, there’s rats running around the property. When you schedule someone to come and fix the sink unclogged the sink from the kitchen the restroom the tub it seems that it’s always the tenants fault but the piping on these apartments have never been replace. The neighbors are nosy and you could hear everything that happens because the walls are so thin, i’m ...pretty sure these apartments have the old insulation from 1951 it was a really thin insulation because when is winter the Partman is cold ice cold you could see your breath and when is hot it’s hot.
