Disrespectful management, security deposit issues

My husband and I lived here generally without issues until move out. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood near a park which was nice. We recently moved out and they kept almost all of our security deposit. When my husband called to ask why this was, the manager in Idaho Falls told him over the phone that we “must’ve lived like pigs” when he asked for proof of their repairs/the mess. When texting with the local manager and emailing upon move out, we were told everything was good to go (and she was ...
kind). I always take pictures when we move out of apartments for this reason.
Overall, it was a safe place to live while I worked in Pocatello, but be prepared to lose your security deposit/uncomfortable and disrespectful customer service from the main office.
