Visited Property--Have Not Lived There
November 21, 2014In my search for an apartment I visited this property. Good location as the property is a short distance from UAB and I-65...but it's called Mountain Woods for a reason. There is a BIG hill that you have to drive up for entrance to the property (I didn't like that) Apartment I saw was newly renovated and was quite nice, however it was overpriced (in my opinion). Prices listed on site are not up to date so there's a drastic difference between the internet price and the actual price (which you ...won't know until you look at specific units). Also the only amenities are a small pool and an even smaller laundry facility. The lack of amenities was a deal breaker for me and didn't justify the price. I would be paying more at Mountain Woods than I do at my current place and I have several amenities. The Office manager was nice though, and the property does have a high review on a rating site that I viewed. Not a bad place, just not for me.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
