Best location, so close to Downtown Campus. The building is pleasant and well maintained. My daughter had an efficiency, as she was ready to have some privacy and security. The apartment is roomy and nicely appointed. Big, bright windows. Nice view. Huge bathroom! Manager was pleasant and helpful, and when the washing machine couldn't be fixed, they ordered a brand new one. A lovely, peaceful place to live.

Extremely nice apartments. Very close to downtown, washer and dryers are in unit. Very fast maintenance when needed. Would recommend, resigning for my second year!

Lived here for two years and enjoyed every second! Very spacious and clean. The staff is amazing and are quick to answer any questions or fix anything that needs to be fixed. Highly recommend living here!

Absolutely loved living at Mountaineer Place. The location is the best in all of Morgantown. The staff is accommodating, friendly, and available whenever needed. Plus the apartment is better than any other apartment I have been to in Morgantown. It is a large space, with the rooms and furniture being fantastic. If you get the opportunity to live here, do it!
