Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Moving into Mountaineer Village has been one of the worst housing decisions I’ve made, and I highly encourage others not to live here.
The management here is completely incompetent and disorganized. They decided to push through massive renovations while residents were actively living in the units. To make matters worse, their pricing practices are incredibly shady and inconsistent. There is zero transparency. I found out that some people are getting slapped with significantly higher prices, while others are being offered much lower rent for the exact same setups. It feels like they are just making up numbers and trying to exploit whoever they can.
Between the terrible management, living in a never-ending construction zone, and getting ripped off on rent, this place is absolutely not worth it. Save yourself the headache and find a complex that actually respects its residents.
