BED BUGS!!!
September 26, 2017First let me say that if I could give this negative stars I would. Me and my husband lived here for 6 months and it was the worst 6 months of our lives. The first night that we moved in, we were eaten alive by bugs, and so we told management about it. They said that because we had told them so soon they would make sure to take care of it. After a few more weeks of them not doing squat to help our situation, we found out that the bedroom was infested with bedbugs. They had gotten into our bed, ...couch, and rug so we had to throw them away and we talked to management about replacing our items or at least paying for them, and they said that they did the two bug treatments that they offered and if they had not been taken care of then it was our problem. So we had to invest several hundred dollars into protector sheets and tons of chemicals to get rid of the bugs. I don't know if they knew about the bugs before we moved, but I'm pretty sure they did, and for some reason they decided to not let us know, and totally screwed us. We also talked with other people in the same apartment, and they had bug problems as well. Besides the bugs, the dishwasher never worked properly, and they wouldn't replace it, we did't have AC all summer, and they wouldn't fix that either, our house smelled like weed because of the neighbors, and the management did nothing after we reported them. This was the worst place ever, and I would urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere for an apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Basement Apartment - Quiet Neighborhood
September 23, 2015I have lived in this basement apartment for a little over a week now. When I initially walked through it, I could instantly tell it was a notch or two above all the other apartments in the area I had looked at. All the walls had been freshly painted, newer carpet had been put in, and everything was just nice and clean. One other thing that is nice about this basement apartment is that the ceilings are high enough for a guy taller than 5'10" to live in. Most older basements have really short ...ceilings, so that sealed the deal for me on this apartment. We also have our own washer and dryer, and the kitchen is decently sized. The master bedroom is also very large, which is a big plus in the price range I was shopping for. Our Little Spot in Paradise
July 23, 2015We live in a four building apartment complex in a very convenient section of the city, and within walking distance of a fitness center, bank, pharmacy, supermarket, library, restaurants, and convenience stores. We enjoy using the swimming pool with lounge chairs and benches. Pine trees surround the buildings, making it a sanctuary for various species of birds whose songs bring joy to us most of the day. Our apartment is quite roomy for a one-bedroom. The bedroom, which is right off the ...living room is large enough to accommodate a queen sized bed, four dressers, two night stands, and a desk and chair. And the rent is reasonable.
