We are a quiet community with some greenery of trees and plants. We currently have a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom home available to rent. The unit includes carpet in bedroom, vinyl floors in the kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room. New blinds, new paint, electric stove, refrigerator, central heating and air. Paid water and garbage, sparkling pool, jet infused hot tub, and two laundry facilities on site. Clean, quiet complex that is near bus lines, Bart, schools, restaurants, grocery stores, freeway. Great location and very convenient for commuters.

! I have lived here for the last 3 years and I love it. Our manager is amazing. She's very personable and professional. She's on top of any issues that need to be taken care of. Are groundskeepers also amazing. He keeps our property clean and any handy work that needs to be done he handles it quickly and with care. I feel very safe living here. I love the way the units are set up with patio and a walk-in closet. I've only had a few issues here since I moved in with things in the unit that needed ...

Make sure to check the apartment fully before moving in since there are many things that are functional, like checking the AC, heat, and other broken things because they won't change once you move in. Management response time is between 2 months and 5 months. They never give a response in days, maybe too busy to handle these apartments. I would advise making sure everything is good in an apartment before you move in because they will not fix anything after you have already moved in.

There was no manager on site the last 2 months we lived there. There was no gym even when we moved in 3 years ago we where told there would be one in the next couple of months however when we moved 3 years later there was no gym. The pool is only open 3 months out of the year. And if they got mad at a tenant who messed up around the pool they closed it for 6 weeks so we all got punished like little children. Just make sure everything they promise in their web site is true. Because we did not ...

have a mircowave or icemaker.
