March 8, 2025Where should we start. The more you pay for. The more they like you. Free parking is slowly being taken away for those paid garages. Disabled parking is right by the street instead of by the buildings. If you live in the back..get ready to not have the walkway or steps shoveled or salted (and they’ll be the first to lie and say they were out there doing it….) They will for sure talk down to you and so condescending. After complaining you then get targeted. Always take photos and videos if you do ...end up here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Check EVERYTHING before moving in + 2-3 month waiting time for maintenance
October 9, 2024Lived here for what will be 2 years and will not be renewing. When we moved in, our toilet wasnt working and we had to no be fully moved in for another week. A year in we found that the vents have tons of mold in them and they spread to the bathroom ceiling. Maintenance took 3 months to fix that issue, and the vents still have mold in them. Neighbors moved in and were nice, except for they had to move out less than a month later due to a roach infestation that wasn't taken care of before ...they moved in. If it weren't for these issues, this place would be nice, but it's gotten really bad this past year. Look somewhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
