May 6, 2020Gone down in the recent 3 years. Repairs are rarely made by an outside contractor so you get patchwork at best. Tenants don't pick up after their pets outside, you will see trash on ground && in hallway areas. LIghts out in hallways so you can't see.Property Manager Responded

An Awesome Place to Live!
April 17, 2020I lived at Muirfield Woods from October 2018 until March 2020 and have the following comments: 1. Jennifer and Jessica in the Leasing Office are amazing! They were always attentive to any of my needs and made the move in process smooth and easy. 2. The location is great. It's very close to Route 7, Fairfax County Parkway, and the Dulles Toll Road. 3. There is a large shopping plaza about a mile away that has a Burlington, Chick-Fil-A, Giant, Starbucks, and dozens of other shopping and dining ...options. 4. There are some nice, paved walking / biking trails in Sugarland Run that are right down the street from Muirfield Woods. 5. My neighbors were all quiet and friendly. The community is safe, clean, and very well maintained. 6. It is one of the very few communities in the area that accepts pit bulls. All of the pit bulls I had come across at the community were very friendly with my pit bull.Property Manager Responded

Affordable price and staff works really fast
August 14, 2015This is "affordable price" rental community, so it has some upsides and downsides. Upsides: affordable price, good location for local commute, a playground for kids, staff is helpful and works really really fast. And downsides: small apartments and pool, and, the most important, some buildings have bugs (but not all of them!), so check it out carefully before making decision. July 28, 2015Give great customer service. One of the few apartments that has no dog restriction. Dog friendly. Apartments itself are ok if it's last minute situation. They need to remodel the inside kitchen appliances are old , low quality painting ,it's on kitchen cabinets and on door Handel's . Gym need more machines . Pool I's small . NO Fees! & Great Staff
January 7, 2014Moving in and out is so much work. It was finally really nice to have wonderful people such as the Muirfield Staff to make things smooth and easy to move-in! With no fees unlike every other place in the local areas and comfortable rooms to rent. Its a Super quite community even though the admenities may not be super over the top they did express that they are working on them! It was a great visit and will be one of my choices when my time rolls around to move!Review from Apartments.com
