Affordable Rent with Bad Management

We were drawn to this apartment by the affordable rent and great location. Very walkable area close to a park, restaurants and cute Multnomah Village area and easy to access via public transportation. That being said, the management company (Capital Property Management), can be pretty terrible to work with. They have been somewhat responsive with maintenance requests but there has been an ongoing issue that they have not resolved and keep putting off. In addition, their management team lacks ...

the willingness to have any flexibility and are simply out for the money. To note: can easily hear neighbors above and below, noise from Multnomah Blvd is quite loud, only two washers/dryers for the whole complex, not nearly enough guest parking, TERRIBLE water pressure at random times (can be difficult to finish a shower).
